A day in the vineyard begins early, when the air is still cool. During the harvest season, we pick grapes together, baskets in hand, learning to recognize the right clusters; off-season, we stroll among the rows of vines and listen to the story of the native grape varieties that have thrived here for generations.
At noon, we stop in the shade to eat, enjoying produce from the garden and the local area. In the afternoon, the tasting: a few carefully selected glasses, accompanied by the stories of those who made them.
This experience is designed for those who want to understand wine by starting with the land, without rushing and without formalities.
